We know we are handling sensitive workforce and wage information, and we take protecting it seriously. Here is an overview of how we approach security.
Information is encrypted in transit using industry standard protocols, and sensitive data is encrypted at rest.
We follow the principle of least privilege. Access to systems and data is limited to those who need it, protected by authentication and role based permissions.
We collect only the information needed to run the services. Location, for example, is recorded only when an employee clocks in or checks in, never continuously or in the background.
The platform is hosted with established cloud providers, with monitoring and regular backups designed to keep the service available and recoverable.
Bank and transfer details used for earned wage access are handled through established payment partners wherever possible, rather than stored by us.
Employers control who has access, along with caps and eligibility. Employees control their own transfer requests, and completed transfers are never clawed back from an employee.
