In the App

A check in takes seconds

The app helps an employee answer four questions quickly: where am I, which business, who did I speak with, and what should I note?

Tap Check In. BKNeXchange records the GPS location and time of that check in.

Pick the business or location from the nearby saved matches, or add a new one if there is no match.

Choose the contact you spoke with from the saved list, or add a new contact.

Add your visit notes and submit. Known names, addresses, and contact details fill in for repeat visits.

What It Is Not

Lightweight on purpose

Field Hub stays focused. Here is what it deliberately leaves out, so you know exactly what you are getting.

  • No background location tracking

    GPS is captured only when an employee chooses to check in, never silently in the background.

  • No live navigation or turn by turn

    Employees copy an address into their own maps app. Field Hub does not navigate for them.

  • Not a sales pipeline

    There are no deal stages, campaigns, automations, or lead tracking. It stays a lightweight field tool.
