Modular Pricing
BKNexchange is built in modules. Start with Workforce Core, free for up to 10 employees, then add Earned Wage Access and Field Hub as you grow. Use them together or run any one on its own, alongside the tools you already have. Each is priced on its own: Workforce Core by employees, Earned Wage Access by usage, and Field Hub by field users.

Workforce Core is free for up to 10 employees. Earned wage access is billed by usage, and Field Hub is priced by field users. Items marked Future are in development.
Earned Wage Access
Earned wage access is priced apart from your software modules and charges only when your team draws wages. It stays visible in the platform and turns on once your setup, hours verification, and deployment are complete.
The first 60 days are a free window to connect your systems, test the flow, and confirm how your team actually uses earned wage access. No service fee, and no usage fees in any month where no wages are drawn.
Once the pilot ends, each month you pay the greater of the $24.99 service minimum or that month's calculated usage fees, whichever is higher. A quiet month still bills the minimum.
Applied to the volume of wages accessed under each funding type, and counted toward your monthly usage fees.
Employers can choose to sponsor these fees so transfers are free for employees.
Access limits start at $1,000 per pay cycle for new employers, growing to $2,500 after the later of 90 days or six on time repayments, and up to $5,000 with approval. Advances unlock only after management verifies hours.
The Foundation
Scheduling, timekeeping, and location check in, all in one place and priced by your number of employees. Earned wage access is available on every plan but billed separately, and the other modules build on top.

A GPS based field check in service, priced by the number of Field Hub users. Use it on its own or as an add on to Workforce Core.

No. Workforce Core is the foundation, and every other module is optional. Add Field Hub or earned wage access only when you want them, and remove them just as easily.
